We used Cox for the first time yesterday (May 12, 2023) and we were beyond pleased with the ease and convenience of their service. My sister and I needed transportation to/from a medical procedure with the "must have a driver pick you up as you can't drive for 24 hours" requirement. Cox lived up to our expectations for our situation and needs. Both pickups (home, Silver Cross) were exactly on time, the car was in immaculate condition and our driver was very friendly.
